EDUCATION
I received my B.A. in graphic design and minor in advertising from Xavier University in May 2020. Throughout my four years, I was an active participant and 2018-19 Vice President of the Xavier Art Society, as well as a senior designer for the XU Studio. I also studied color and abstractions in a two-week intensive art workshop at Penland School of Craft during the summer of 2018.

I. Love. To design. It rarely feels like work most days. Currently, I am a Freelance Designer, Art Director, and Social Media Strategist based in Cincinnati, Ohio. From full brand suites to experiential mockups, my work demonstrates versatility and a love for exploration. Lately, my focus has been experimenting with the best ways to present brands & their ideas through experiential and social media. I also recently became an adjunct faculty at Xavier University teaching Graphic Design I & II. With a strong desire to create and communicate, my goal is to channel my eccentricity and attentiveness to help you bring creative ideas to life while leading conversations about the diverse future of design. Doughnuts & boba are my weaknesses. My side hustles are creating content about my experience as a black woman designer and coaching HIIT workouts here in Cincy! I ran track (200m, 400m, 4x400m & 4x100m relays) from middle school through my 4 years at Xavier University. I’m currently reading “Leave the World Behind” by Rumaan Alam. I listen to the NYTimes “The Daily” podcast religiously. My latest playlist is all old school and new school disco/house music. Just to show my dedication to the disco cause, I recently got a tattoo of a disco ball. I’m a libra & Enneagram 7 :)
